- The Hirer is responsible for the safe keeping and maintenance of the equipment in good condition whilst in their possession.
- During the period of hire, the Hirer is solely responsible for the hire goods and must insure against all risks.
- In the event of any equipment requiring repair as a result of the Hirer’s negligence, misuse or abuse, then the hirer shall bear the cost of any such repair.
- In the event that the goods are damaged beyond economical repair, or are lost, the hirer shall bear the full write off cost.
- Write off costs for each product are available upon request.
- Rio Lounge reserves the right to substitute any goods for appropriate alternatives in the event that the actual goods quoted for are not available.
- Rio Lounge will endeavour wherever possible to ensure that pre-agreed delivery and collection times are adhered to. However Rio Lounge cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries or collections, due to any unforeseen circumstances.
- You authorise us to use publicity/photographs from your event within our marketing channels (website, emails, leaflets, social networking channels).
- Rio Lounge accepts no responsibility for any injuries or claims whilst using and hiring Rio Lounge furniture or equipment.
- You will indemnify us against any and every expense, financial loss, claim or proceedings whatsoever or damage to or loss of property arising out of the delivery, use, non-use, collection or return of the equipment or any part of it.
- Settlement of the account is strictly prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing by Rio Lounge. 100% of the agreed price must be forwarded with the Hirer’s order, 10 days for cheques, 2 days for BACS payment prior to hire commencement.
