Party furniture hire and light up numbers for Andrea McLean’s glamorous birthday party
In the Rio Lounge office we like to keep up with all the latest celebrity news. Therefore, imagine how thrilled we were to be asked to supply party furniture hire and light up numbers for ITV’s Loose Women presenter Andrea McLean’s 50th birthday last weekend!
Fabulous at 50….
Proving that age is just a number, it’s hard to believe Andrea is 50 years old! Looking beautiful and radiant in an incredible metallic dress by designer Gomez Grazia, Andrea chose a Caribbean Carnival theme for her glamorous party. Held at the Langham, a luxury 5 star hotel in the heart of London’s West End, the guest list also included a whole host of famous names, including Gloria Hunniford and Leigh Francis (aka Keith Lemon).

Our white rattan modular ‘Marrakesh’ sofa hire was perfect to fit with the breezy carnival vibe. So, creating a U- shaped chill-out area gave guests an ideal spot to relax and take a break from partying! Andrea and husband Nick opted to keep things cool and chilled by accessorising the sofa hire with some classic white scatter cushions. Not just for outdoor events, we love how they look juxtaposed with the ornate plaster work at the Langham.
