Styling the VIP lounge for British Summer Time Festival, Hyde Park

Barclaycard Presents: BST Festival

Spanning two weekends in July, The British Summer Time (BST) Festival in Hyde Park, London, is a world class annual music event. Now in its seventh year, BST hosts some of the most famous artists from around the globe. Hundreds of thousands of visitors attend each year. Catering for a diverse range of musical tastes, past headliners have included everyone from The Rolling Stones to Justin Bieber! 2019 festival looks to be just as star-studded, with acts including the legendary Stevie Wonder and Robbie Williams.

For those who wish to enjoy a truly decadent festival experience, our client, Mark Butler Associates, offer exclusive VIP tickets, featuring pre-concert hospitality at the Bulgari Hotel. Located close to Hyde Park, in Knightsbridge, the luxurious Bulgari Hotel boasts elegant yet contemporary style, and quality of service that is second to none.  Furthermore, the VIP guests love the luxurious surroundings, combined with the convenience of close proximity to the festival site!

So, therefore our job was to provide hire furniture to seat the 100+ VIP guests.  Choosing crisp white faux leather, our client opted for versatile modular sofas from our Ana Mandara range.  Rio Lounge’s cubic white club ottomans were a great way to provide additional seating, while our matching Cabo Tables were the perfect complementary height.  Our Hi-Ball poseur tables and Kubo Stools were perfect for those guests preferring to perch and mingle with friends and drinks.
