Rio Lounge – Approved Suppliers For Tobacco Dock

There’s lots of excitement in the air for our event furniture hire specialists here at Rio Lounge, we’ve got the build up to all the sparkling Christmas parties coming up and we are already looking ahead to the 2014 summer wedding season! But that’s not all… This week we were thrilled to announce that we have become approved suppliers for London’s most exciting new events venue – Tobacco Dock London.

This fantastic venue is based in London’s East End. The venue started life in the 19th century as a warehouse for tobacco being imported from the new world. In 2012 it was given a new lease of life as a unique and flexible conference location which can be used for anything from exhibitions to weddings and from product launches to star studded parties.

And of course this unique venue was looking for some stunning furniture to recommend to their clients so they came to Rio Lounge. They also know that we are always reliable and aim to go over and above with our customer service! It’s great to be on board with such a new and innovative events space.

So what type of hire furniture might prospective Tobacco Dock clients need? Well here are some great ways that our furniture could be used to make any event truly fabulous:

Chill Out Lounge

What better way to amaze your guests than to create your very own chill out lounge – it’s a fantastic way for guest to take a rest from the dance floor or catch up with old friends or colleagues. Party goers can relax on our ever popular Marrakesh Club Sets which are available in cool white or sophisticated black. Or they can chill out on one of our funky cubic Ana Mandara sets. Accessorise with some of our colourful cushions to match your design theme and intersperse our mirror cube tables for guests to rest their drinks on.

Bar Areas

If you want to encourage sociability the pop up bar areas are a great way of getting people mixing and chatting. This is ideal for a product launch or an exhibition. Why not create convivial seating areas with our Mojito range of tables and bar stools – with their sophisticated curved design they are not only ultra modern but comfortable too! You could also line our Mandalay bar stools up along the bar so that people can socialise as they wait for their drinks.

Banqueting Area

Make the most of the amazing space offered at Tobacco Docks with our large trestle tables. We also have a range of fabulous banquet chairs which you can hire from as little as £2.50 each. Perhaps you could even add some bling to the occasion by hiring our gold St Germain Chair for the guests of honour to sit in. To create a magical atmosphere at an evening event we also recommend our giant silver lanterns which we can provide in a range of sizes. Group them together in twos and threes and eat by candlelight!
