What does an event planner do?

– Co-ordinating logistics; planning a detailed timed itinerary of the event, including any preparation and set-up required;

– Visit and inspect venues to ensure they meet the client’s requirements, and liaise with venue staff to ensure everything runs smoothly;
– Review and monitor event costs and organise invoices and payments to suppliers.

Garden furniture hire for a Bar Mitzvah at Hendon Hall
This one is a throwback to 2017; the client chose to host their child’s Bar Mitzvah in the elegant grounds of the 18th century house, Hendon Hall.
The selection of white rattan hire furniture looked stunning on the immaculately manicured lawn. Creating smaller zones in the large outdoor space using co-ordinating white furniture worked exceptionally well. In this picture you can see our curved Bulgari sofa, our Tobago daybed, and in the background, our South Beach Bistro sets. Therefore enabling smaller groups of friends and family to socialise, eat and drink together whilst still maintaining a co-ordinated, ‘put together’ look for the whole event.

Here we have a perfect example of how a back garden can be transformed into an ideal party venue. Again, opting for summery white outdoor furniture hire, the client again selected sofas, daybeds and bistro furniture hire. In this picture you can see our round rattan daybed, the ‘Miami’.
