I was hunting high and low for modern, funky distinctive furniture for our party in February when I found Rio Lounge. I contacted them a few days before Christmas and was disappointed to receive an out of office message saying they weren’t back in the office until mid January! However, I need not have worried because I soon received a phone call to say that even though they were closed (for renovations) during that period, Jo would be only to pleased to help me. In fact her assistance, friendliness and positive customer service made the whole experience a pleasure. She assisted me in choosing the correct number of sofas, tables and chairs and offered great advice in a cheery helpful manner. It was like dealing with a friend! On the party day, the furniture arrived exactly at the time agreed, and was set up perfectly by the crew. The furniture itself looked like new, in perfect condition. The sofas were really comfy and the tables and chairs ordered were perfect and looked incredible! Everybody said how amazing the furniture was!I’m really impressed by the efficiency and courtesy of this company, and highly recommend them.

The furniture from Rio lounge looked great. Everything matched the pictures that I saw in advance. And the delivery / set up guys were not only early, but happily waited patiently for other suppliers to finish their set up. They set it up really quickly too!

For our wedding in July we used Rio for our furniture needs. Very comprehensive offer with some really nice pieces. The rattan products we went for were all brand new, all had nice scatter cushions which we could choose the colours for. The illuminated G & L were a lovely finishing touch. The items were all delivered on time - very efficient team and easy to do business with.Highly recommended Greg and Lorraine Bettis. 16th July 2016

We have been using Rio Lounge for many years for our event hire and styling company - they have some amazing furniture and its always clean and delivered on time! I would recommend them to anyone and hope to continue working with them for many years to come!
