Case Study: Event furniture hire for a luxury car launch – Snows BMW

In this feature, we take a closer look at Snows BMW who hired our white rattan furniture for a launch event of the new BMW 8-Series and X5, late last year.
Snows is a car dealership brand with a long history dating back to the 1960s. Currently running 20 sites, with the majority being in Hampshire, the venue for this particular launch was Snows BMW in Portsmouth. The products being launched were, firstly, the new BMW 8 Series; a sleek coupe, described as a car with ‘the head of a luxury car but the heart of a racer’. Second to be unveiled was the latest incarnation of the X5, a high end SUV, which benefits from improved styling and space.
Transforming a showroom with our luxury furniture hire
Let’s face it, car showrooms are not known for being cosy! So, our first task was to create some comfy seating areas. Guests loved being able to sit in comfort as the new cars were unveiled! Our white rattan Marrakesh Sofas were ideal for this. Our clients mostly tend to arrange these modular sofas in ‘L’ shapes to create sociable corner areas. Included in the set is the matching rattan table, so it’s convenient for guests to pop down their glass of fizz while they enjoy the event.
Creating an informal bar area with our high tables and funky bar stool hire
It’s traditional when unveiling a new product, to serve some champagne and nibbles to your guests! If you’re hosting the launch at your company premises, it’s unlikely you’ll have a bar on site.
